Summer Mash - the iced tea for horses - grain-free! Sunshine, grazing, rides and warm temperatures - summer is here and so is our Höveler Summer Mash!
The special concept with the addition of micronised linseed makes it possible to prepare our Höveler Summer Mash cold and thus prepare an "iced tea" for the horse. Giving the Summer Mash not only provides an additional supply of fluids but also compensates for slight electrolyte losses.
The additional electrolytes serve to compensate for increased sweating so that the horse's vitality is not impaired by the loss of sweat and thus electrolytes.
The citrus peel contained in the product not only makes it an absolute speciality, but also provides important prebiotics. These support the intestinal flora and the immune system in a natural way.
In dry pastures, more sand can be absorbed through grazing. Psyllium seeds provide valuable fibre and are considered a gentle way of transporting sand out of the intestines.
In the composition of Summer Mash, special attention was paid to the special needs of horses in summer with the added electrolytes. The mash is grain-free and gentle on the stomach and intestines.

Mit seiner Erfindung des "Reformhafers" durchbrach Arnold Höveler den konservativen Heu-Hafer-Fütterungstrend mit dem ersten patentierten Pferdefutter in Müsliform, sozusagen das Ur-Müsli. Die Philosophie des Gründers, sein Pferdefutterprogramm stets nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen über die Nahrungsbedürfnisse des Pferdes zusammenzustellen, wurde in den vergangenen über 100 Jahren konsequent beibehalten und von den Fütterungsexperten der Gegenwart fortgeschrieben.
